Advice for visitors to Jordans Solicitors

At the time of writing, Jordans Solicitors is open and offering our full range of services.
As the impact of COVID-19 is being felt by people around the world, we are doing everything we can to ensure that we continue to provide you with the advice and service that you need whilst prioritising the health of our employees and their families.
With the continued spread of coronavirus, keeping our colleagues and visitors safe is our top priority. Emails and phone calls will be taken as normal.
We understand that you will also want to protect the welfare of your colleagues and family by reducing your physical contact with people so we are able to offer the following alternatives:

Talk to us via one of the online video services such as Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or FaceTime.
For those visiting the office, we request that visitors sign in on the NHS Track and Trace app on the door if they have not been vaccinated. We have hand sanitising points throughout the office, along with sanitising wipes. We sanitise the office after client meetings. Visitors are able to wear masks if they wish, but it's not a requirement.
All of our staff have been vaccinated and take regular lateral flow tests when we feel it necessary.
The majority of Court appointments take place via Microsoft Teams in accordance with Court guidelines.
We are reviewing the situation daily and will let clients know immediately by telephone or email if that position changes. In any event, we will give regular updates on our website as the situation changes.
If you are planning to visit Jordans Solicitors and have been in close contact with anyone who has or is suspected to have coronavirus in the last 14 days, please follow the government advice and do not come into the office.
We encourage all visitors to follow the NHS advice to help prevent the spread of the virus.
